摘　　要：良性前列腺增生(BPH)是中老年男性的常见疾病,而钬激光前列腺剜除术(HoLEP)是解除增生前列腺组织的重要方法,但是术后的并发症仍然影响着患者生活质量与手术效果。我中心经过10年的临床实践和多中心的数据分析,针对接受HoLEP的患者提出了"尿道康复"的理念,主要包括术后的疼痛康复、排尿康复、控尿康复、性功能康复;建立了一套术后恢复程序,加速了患者术后康复。Benign prostatic hyperplasia （BPH） is a common disease in the elderly population and holmium laser enucleation of the prostate （HoLEP） is an important method for its management. However, postoperative complications of HoLEP affects the patients ＂quality of life as well as the outcome of surgery. Based on the ten-year clinical practice and muhi-center data analysis, the author puts forward the concept of ＂ postoperative urethral recovery＂ for BPH patients receiving HoLEP, which involves postoperative pain recovery, urination recovery, urine control recovery, sexual function recovery, and a postoperative recovery system aiming at the accel- eration of recovery.
