摘 要:通过对采用弹簧剥叶元件的甘蔗剥叶机剥叶元件排列密度调整的仿真分析,表明剥叶元件排列密度增大时,弹簧圈数减小,剥叶元件刚度增大,对甘蔗打击力增大,对剥叶有利;同时,剥叶元件排列密度增大,甘蔗直接从剥叶元件之间穿过而不被接触的机会减小,对剥叶也有利,甘蔗剥叶试验的结果验证了仿真分析的结论。The research applies a simulation analysis to the array density of husking components in a sugarcane husking machine with spring husking components and the findings demonstrate that when husking components are installed closer, the (:oil number decreases, stiffness of the components increases, and the impact force on sugarcanes intensifies, thus optimizing the husking process ; meanwhile, with higher array de.tsity of the husking components, the possibility that a cane passes through between the components without any contact is less likely to happen, which is also favorable in husking. The finding revealed by the sugarcane-husking experimentation has testified the conclusion drawn from the stimulation analysis.
