肩峰下滑囊在肩袖疾病中的作用研究进展

摘　　要：肩袖疾病包括一系列不同程度的从肌腱病变到完全破裂，肩周疼痛、肩关节功能障碍是这类疾病的主要问题，严重影响患者的生活质量。肩峰下滑囊介于肩峰与肩袖肌腱之间，被认为是肩袖疾病的主要疼痛来源，其在肩袖疾病的发展过程中起重要的作用。近年来，肩峰下滑囊逐渐被引起关注，但对于肩袖疾病中肩峰下滑囊的改变以及肩峰下滑囊与肩袖疾病相互关系一直缺乏系统性归纳。因此，本综述主要介绍近年来对肩峰下滑囊的病理生理改变及其在肩袖疾病发生、发展中的作用研究进展，并就肩袖疾病的可能新机制和诊治方法作一展望。Rotator cuff disease involves a spectrum of shoulder conditions from early tendinopathy to full thick- ness tears. Shoulder pain and dysfunction is a major problem in patients with these diseases which ＇affect seriously the quality of life of patients. The subacromial bursa between the rotator cuff and the subacromial surface is considered to be the major focus for pain in rotator cuff disease. It plays an important role in the development of rotator cuff disease. In recent years, the subacromial bursa gradually cause for concern, but the natural history and molecular pathophyslology of subacromial bursa in cuff disease and the interaction between subacromial bursa and rotator cuff disease are far from being fully understood. Therefore, this systematic review focuses on the pathophysiology and molecular biology changes of the subacromial bursa for the development process of rotator cuff disease in recent years. And make a new outlook on possible mechanisms, diagnosis and treatment of rotator cuff disease.
