能源新政下的美国页岩气产业新动向及中美合作前景

摘　　要：美国总统特朗普上任后推出一系列能源新政,政策的实施必定会在一定程度上推动美国页岩油气发展,这会对全球天然气供应及能源供需格局产生深刻影响。本文通过对能源新政下的美国页岩气产业发展新动向分析以及对中美页岩气对比与合作前景研究得出,能源新政对于美国页岩气产业来说既是资源机遇也是环境挑战,中国页岩气发展虽落后于美国,但开发前景可观,中美两国能源互利合作前景广阔。建议中国页岩气产业发展要强化页岩气开采技术研发,降低开采成本,落实既定激励政策和措施,完善管网基础设施建设,加强与美国沟通合作,推动我国页岩气产业经济、健康、绿色发展。After president Donald J. Trump took office,he launched a series of new energy policies. The implementation of the policy will certainly promote the development of shale oil and gas in the United States. This will have a profound impact on the global natural gas supply and energy supply and demand pattern. Based on the analysis of the new trend for shale gas industry in the United States under the New Energy Policy and the comparative study of the shale gas industry in China and America, it is concluded that the New Energy Policy is both a resource opportunity and an environmental challenge for the U. S. shale gas industry. Although China＇s shale gas development lags behind the United States,its development prospect is considerable. China and America have broad prospects for mutually beneficial cooperation in energy. It is suggested that the development of shale gas industry in China should strengthen the research anddevelopment of shale gas exploitation technology, implement the established incentive policies and measures, improve the infrastructure construction of pipeline network,and strengthen communication and cooperation with the United States. In order to promote the economic, healthy and green development of shale gas industry in China.
