摘 要:本文依据5大类矿种及不同省区矿产资源产业链1991~2014年的基础数据,采用数据包络分析的CCR、BCC及超效率模型对我国矿产资源产业链总体和不同矿种资源产业链的技术效率进行测算,并对各省区资源产业链技术效率的时空分布特征进行了分析。研究结果表明:我国矿产资源产业链总体、不同类型资源产业链、各省区资源产业链的技术效率均实现了不同程度的提高,产业链的纯技术效率贡献明显低于规模效率;不同省区产业链技术效率水平在时空分布上与我国东、中、西部的经济发展程度、技术发展水平具有较为明显的关联性;从产业链层面、产业层面和企业层面培育集群创新网络,不断提高产业链的技术含量和技术贡献率,是实现产业链技术效率、规模效率、资源效率和环境效率协调发展的现实路径。According to the basic data from 1991 to 2014 of five kinds and provinces mineral resources industry chains,use the DEA model of CCR, BCC and super efficiency model to measure the technology efficiency of the whole and different kinds of mineral resources industry chains, and to analyze the spatial- temporal characteristics of technology efficiency about mineral resources industry chains. The results showed that the whole, different kinds and provinces technology efficiency of mineral resources industry chains have achieved varying degrees increase, the pure technology efficiency of mineral resources industry chains contributed significantly lower than the scale efficiency;technology efficiency spatial-temporal distribution of mineral resources industry chains presented basically the economic development and the technical level of the eastern,central and the western region; based on industry chains, industry and enterprises to cultivate regional innovation network clusters, constantly to improve the technology content and technology contribution ratio,which is a realistic path of industry chains achieve technology efficiency, scale efficiency, resources efficiency and environment efficiency coordinated development.
