摘  要:采用质性研究方法,对教练心理资本与工作绩效的关系进行探索。遵循目的性抽样原则,收集郎平自传等文本资料,依据自编研究主题手册从中择取到158条原始语句,运用扎根理论的3级编码流程进行分析,产生14个开放式编码和2个关联式编码,形成1个核心式编码,构建教练心理资本影响工作绩效的理论模型:1)教练心理资本包括竞技意识、创新意识、乐观希望、韧性、责任、自我效能和幽默7个维度;2)教练心理资本通过榜样示范、骨干培养、技术训练、情绪感染、人格感染、团队规训、言语说服7种具体作用方式积极影响工作绩效。Qualitative research was used to detect the relationship between coach’s psychological capital and performance. Follow the principle of purposeful sampling, LANG Ping’s autobiography and other texts were collected and analyzed. 158 original statements were chosen for the three-level coding of Grounded Theory, and then were concluded with 14 open coding, 2 spindle decoding, and 1 selective decoding. The research findings: 1) Coach’s psychological capital includes competition consciousness, innovation consciousness, resilience, responsibility, self-efficacy, optimistic hope, and humor; 2) Coach’s psychological capital influences job performance in 7 ways, namely, example setting, backbone training, skill training, emotional contagion, infection of personality, team discipline, and verbal persuasion. This study provides a basis for further research on the psychological capital of coaches.
