摘　　要：现货市场在电力交易体系中占有重要地位,是协调电力市场运行经济性和安全性的关键。目前,我国电力体制改革已由中长期市场向现货市场推进。对现货市场基本概念的深刻理解是现货市场设计、运行、监管的基础。剖析了中长期合约市场与现货市场间的逻辑关系,阐述中长期合约在现货市场的交割方式;给出了现货市场的报价方式,并介绍市场出清的基本原理;针对物理交割和金融交割的中长期合约,分别介绍了其在现货市场的结算方式;对现货市场实现资源时空优化的作用及其相应的经济学原理进行了分析。最后探讨了我国建设电力现货市场面临的难题,并给出了解决思路。Spot market plays an important role in electricity trading. It is the key to coordinating the economic and safe operation of the electricity market. Currently, the reform of the power industry in China has come forward to turn to the spot market. The deep understanding of the fundamental concept of the spot market is the basis of the design, operation and supervision of the spot market. This paper analyzes the logic between mid-and-long term contract market and the spot market, expounds the delivery of the mid-and- long term contract in the spot market, provides the bidding method and market clearing principles in the spot market, introduces the market settlement of physical and financial mid-and-long term contract in the spot market, and summarizes the importance of the spot market and its economic principles. At last, this paper discusses the difficulties in building the spot market in China, and gives possible solutions. Based on the deep analysis of the operation manner and economic fundamentals of the spot market, this paper reveals the important role of the spot market played in optimizing the temporal and spatial distribution of resources.
