摘 要:可再生能源具有间歇、随机的出力特性。随着大量可再生分布式能源接入主动配电系统,其安全稳定运行受到了严重的挑战。采用基于场景的鲁棒优化方法构建了计及需求侧资源和快速启动机组的主动配电系统两阶段优化调度模型,以系统运行成本最小为目标,实现分布式可再生能源的消纳。在日前调度阶段,制定ADS的购电计划,及网内快速启动机组的启停计划;在日内调度中,结合日前调度,确定快速启动机组出力与需求侧资源出力,实现负荷动态平衡。最后采用修改的IEEE 33节点算例对所提出模型进行分析,结果证明了模型的可行性与科学性。Renewable energy output is of intermittent and stochastic nature. With the integration of a large amount of renewable distributed energy sources into active distribution system (ADS) , the output characteristics of the renewable energy have a great influence on the safe and stable operation of ADS. The paper uses scene-based robust optlmization?approach to establish the two-stage optimal dispatch model for the ADS considering demand-side resources and quick start-up units, minimizing the operation cost of system and making full the use of the renewable energy. In the day-ahead scheduling phase, the power purchase plan for the ADS and the unit commitment for the quick start-up units is worked out. In the intra-day scheduling phase, the output of the quick start-up unit and demand-side resource is confirmed to balance the dynamic load according to the result of the day-ahead scheduling. Lastly, the practicability and scientificity of the model is verified by a modified IEEE 33-bus system.
