摘　　要：目的:医院感染管理工作借助信息化手段进行科学管理;等级医院评审时可以从信息系统调取客观的感染指标,以了解医疗机构感染管理情况。方法:利用HIS、LIS、手麻系统、重症监护系统、影像系统等为一体的数据生成为感染监测上报系统。结果:建立区域化医院感染监测平台,应用于感染数据的监测及过程质量的控制,及规定数据上报标准的管理业务。结论:区域化医院感染监测平台可以将区域内的各级医疗机构医院感染数据进行对比,以了解医疗机构在区域内的感染管理水平,也可以实现数据的标准化、规范化管理。Objective： Hospital infection management can be scientifically managed by means of information. At the level of hospital review, objective infection index can be retrieved from information system to understand the infection management in medical institutions. Methods： HIS, LIS, hand hemp system, intensive care system, imaging system as one of the data generated for the infection monitoring and reporting system. Results： The establishment of a regional hospital infection monitoring platform should be used to monitor the infection data and control the quality of the process, and to standardize the reporting of the prescribed data. Conclusion： The regional hospital infection monitoring platform can compare the hospital infection data of medical institutions at all levels in the region to understand the infection management level of medical institutions in the region, and also can standardize and standardize the management of data.
