摘　　要：目的:实现中国疾病预防控制信息系统的医疗机构虚拟专网全覆盖。方法:对中国疾病预防控制信息系统医疗机构虚拟专网的三种接入模式进行分析,根据三种接入模式的优缺点提出推荐的解决方案。结果:推荐通过SSLVPN分级部署的模式,实现中国疾病预防控制信息系统医疗机构虚拟专网全覆盖。结论:医疗机构虚拟专网接入的实施,实现了中国疾病预防控制信息系统的直报用户虚拟专网全覆盖,是中国疾病预防控制中心信息化发展的重要里程碑。Objective： To realize the full coverage of virtual private network of medical institutions in China information system for disease control and prevention. Methods： This article analyzes the three access modes of virtual private network of medical institutions in China information system for disease control and prevention, and proposes the recommended solution according to the advantages and disadvantages of the three access modes. Results： It is recommended to implement the full coverage of the virtual private network of medical institutions through the SSLVPN hierarchical deployment mode in China information system for disease control and prevention. Conclusion： The implementation of virtual private network of medical institutions has realized the full coverage of virtual private networks in China information system for disease control and prevention, which is an important milestone in the informatization development of Chinese center for disease control and prevention（CHINACDC）.
