摘  要:目的:为了建立统一的供采平台和院内物流信息系统,降低整个供应链条中的流通成本,贴近医改目标,实现医院、供应商以及患者三方的共赢。方法:镇江市第一人民医院提出了基于科室管控的院内智慧物流HPD系统,以医疗用品在科室的库存管理为基础,通过使用与消耗信息作为需求预测来达到科室库存自动补货的目标,对科室的申领范围与数量进行管控,将管理及风险控制工作前置,对医院现有的管理规则进行细化与延伸。结果:实现预防管理,可以更有效地计划、更快速地反映医院需求。结论:实现医院医疗物资的合理化,管理精细化,利于医院物流进行整体规划以及集成信息平台建设。Objective: In order to establish unified platform for supply and hospital logistics information system, reduce the cost of circulation in the entire supply chain, close to the goal of health care reform, achieve a win-win situation in hospitals, suppliers and patients three parties. Methods: A hospital intelligent logistics HPD system based on department control is proposed by the Zhenjiang First People's Hospital. Based on the inventory management of medical supplies in the department, through the information of use and consumption as a demand forecast to achieve the goal of automatic replenishment of inventory. We control the scope and quantity of the department, prepose the job of management and risk control, refine and extend the existing hospital management rules. Results: Implementation of preventive management allows for more effective planning and more rapid response to our hospital needs. Conclusion: To realize the rationalization of medical materials and management refinement of our hospital. It is conducive to the overall planning of the hospital logistics and the construction of integrated information platform.
