摘　　要：目的:浅谈研究型医院机构知识库的构建过程及发展策略。方法:对医院机构知识库的初步构建过程及现有功能进行阐述及分析,并针对现有不足提出发展建议。结果:在管理与利用方面,应加快机构知识库开放获取政策的制定,开拓个人上传功能与互动平台的建设。在内容方面,需进一步丰富内容类型,完善数据存储功能,开通个人学术空间,以及加强机构知识库的浏览功能,从而逐步完善机构库功能,提升其在本机构科研活动中的重要性。结论:管理者在机构知识库的后续建设中应努力完善各类功能,并以多种形式激发医教研人员自主参与积极性,并努力获得院方支持,以此更好地构建具有本院特色的机构知识库,从而进一步加强单位的学术竞争力。Objective： Analysis of the construction and the development strategy of the Institutional Repository of Research-oriented Hospitals. Methods： This paper elaborated and analyzed the primary construction and the existing functions of the Institutional Repository. In the meantime, development suggestions were put forward based on the existing deficiencies. Results： In terms of management and using, we should speed up the regulations built of open access policy and develop personal upload function and the interactive platform. In the aspect of content, we should gradually perfect the function of institutional repository, such as enriching the content type, improving the data storage function, opening the personal academic space, and strengthening the institutional repository browsing capabilities. Conclusion： To strengthening the academic competitiveness of the hospital, managers in the construction of institutional repository should perfect all kinds of functions, stimulate researchers＇ participation enthusiasm, and try to get the hospital administrators＇ support.
