摘 要:选取北京地区15户农宅,对空气源热泵供暖系统的运行情况进行实时监测,探究空气源热泵机组的性能及使用效果。15户农宅的室内供暖方式有地面辐射供暖、散热器供暖以及散热器+地面辐射供暖3种类型,空气源热泵机组的制热量在8 500~12 500 W范围,供暖面积在89~189 m2范围。监测参数包括空气源热泵机组的供水温度、回水温度、水流量、供热量、耗电量,室内空气温度,室外空气温度和相对湿度。供暖期内总监测时间是100 d,为与北京市农村地区的水暖煤炉、燃气壁挂炉供暖进行对比,将单位面积运行费用折算成120 d的值。监测结果表明,空气源热泵供暖系统季节制热性能系数(SCOP)在1.86~3.45范围。15户农宅中,3户地面辐射供暖系统的供水温度平均值为33.2℃,室内空气温度平均值为20.1℃,SCOP平均值为2.83,单位面积运行费用平均值为18.2元/m2;10户散热器供暖系统的供水温度平均值为42.9℃,室内空气温度平均值为19.8℃,SCOP平均值为2.20,单位面积运行费用平均值为20.2元/m2;2户散热器+地面辐射供暖系统的供水温度平均值为39.4℃,室内空气温度平均值为16.2℃,SCOP平均值为2.30,单位面积运行费用平均值为21.7元/m2。以北京市供暖期为120 d,每户供暖面积为120 m2的设定条件进行计算,与燃煤锅炉供暖方式相比,空气源热泵供暖的单户农宅每年的二氧化硫减排量为6.6 kg,烟尘减排量为0.7 kg,氮氧化物减排量为5.4 kg,环境效益突出。Fifteen farmhouses in Beijing are selected to monitor the operation of air source heat pump heating system in real time,and the performance and use effect of air source heat pump( ASHP) unit are explored. The indoor heating modes of the fifteen farmhouses include floor radiant heating,radiator heating and radiator combined with floor radiant heating. The heating capacity of ASHP unit is in the range of 8 500 to 12 500 W,and the heating area is in the range of 89 to 189 m^2. Monitoring parameters include water supply temperature,backwater temperature,water flow,heat supply,electricity consumption,indoor air temperature,outdoor air temperature and relative humidity.The total monitoring time in heating period is 100 d,and in order to compare with heating modes of coalfired boiler and wall-mounted gas heater in Beijing rural area,the operating cost per unit area is converted into a 120 day value. The monitoring results show that the seasonal heating coefficient of performance( SCOP) of ASHP heating system is in the range of1. 86 to 3. 45. Among fifteen farmhouses,the average water supply temperature of floor radiant heating system of three farmhouses is 33. 2 ℃,the average indoor air temperature is 20. 1 ℃,the average of SCOP is 2. 83,and the average operating cost per unit area is 18. 2 Yuan/m^2. The average water supply temperature of radiator heating system of ten farmhouses is 42. 9 ℃,the average indoor air temperature is 19. 8 ℃,the average of SCOP is 2. 20,and the average operating cost per unit area is 20. 2 Yuan/m^2. The average water supply temperature of radiator combined with floor radiant heating system of two farmhouses is 39. 4 ℃,the average indoor air temperature is 16. 2 ℃,the average of SCOP is 2. 30,and the average operating cost per unit area is 21. 7 Yuan/m^2. The calculation is made based on the setting conditions that the heating period in Beijing is 120 days,and the heating area of each household is 120 m^2.
