摘  要:随着机械喷涂施工技术的不断发展,机械喷涂砂浆的使用越来越多。主要研究机械喷涂干混抹灰砂浆的基本性能与施工性能,包括机械喷涂砂浆的抗压强度、抗冻性能、保水率、拉伸黏结强度、稠度损失等。在同等强度下,机械喷涂砂浆的抗冻性能、保水率、拉伸黏结强度都比干混抹灰砂浆有一定的提高,力学性能更有优势。与普通砂浆对比,在施工和易性、施工可喷涂性、施工质量、施工速度、施工对环境的影响等方面,施工性能更加有优势。With the continuous development of mechanical spray construction technology,the use of mechanical spraying mortar is more and more. This paper mainly studies the basic performance and construction performance of mechanically sprayed dry-mixed plastering mortar,including compressive strength,frost resistance,water retention rate,tensile bond strength and consistency loss of mechanically sprayed mortar. At the same strength,the frost resistance,water retention rate and tensile bond strength of mechanical spray mortar are better than dry-mixed plaster mortar,mechanical properties have more advantages. Compared with common mortar, construction workability, construction spray ability,construction quality,construction speed,and construction impact on the environment,the construction performance is more advantageous.
