摘 要:设计了激光加热液滴蒸发的实验装置,使用石英丝对液滴进行悬挂,采用1985 nm波长激光器对液滴进行加热,利用显微摄像头和红外热像仪对蒸发过程进行监测,通过分析软件得到液滴直径、表面温度分布等相关参数。实验结果表明,激光加热下液滴蒸发过程包括预热段和主蒸发段,预热段液滴尺寸变化不明显,主蒸发曲线同d^2定律相差较大。整个蒸发过程中液滴温度呈现明显的不均匀性,并从液滴预热段温度变化上发现明显的液滴内部流动现象。此外,随着功率增大,蒸发速率也随之增大,液滴蒸发时间缩短,液滴的最高温度升高。In order to obtain the evaporation characteristic of the water droplet under the incident laser with wavelength of 1985 nm, the corresponding experiment setup is designed and manufactured. The microscope camera with visible light is used to monitor the diameter changes and the thermal imager is taken adopt to record the temperature distribution. The results show the evaporation process of the water droplet includes two stage, with pre-heating period and main evaporation period. In pre-heating period, the dimension of the droplet does not change obviously. The evaporation curve is not agree well with the rule of da. The temperature non-uniformity of the droplet is observed and the phenomena of internal flow in the water droplet is found during the evaporation. Moreover, the evaporation rate becomes fast and evaporation time shorten and the highest temperature rises, as the power of the incident laser increases.
