摘  要:以磷吸附敁率为评价指标,通过正交实验对铝污泥进行热改性,幵最终制备成吸附性能良好的铝污泥颗粒状吸附剂(Alum Sludge Granular Adsorbent,简称ASGA)。通过对ASGA的重金属浸出实验,采用潜在生态风险指数法(PERI)和内梅罗综合污染指数法(NCPI)对ASGA的潜在生态风险进行评估。结果表明,在原料铝污泥、膨润土、碳酸钙的配比为85:10:5,600℃下预热20 min,1 100℃下焙烧11 min条件下,ASGA可以颗粒化制备。幵对磷吸附性能显著提高,去除率达81.2%;对ASGA进行生态风险评价,PERI法和NCPI法,两种方法结果相似。PERI显示RI<150、NCPI的单项离子Pi<1,污染程度为轻度,P综<0.7,总体污染为安全。表明ASGA中重金属浸出风险总体较低。The phosphorus adsorption efficiency was used as the evaluation index,the aluminum sludge was thermally modified and finally made into alum sludge granular adsorbent(ASGA) with good adsorption performance.The optimal conditions for the preparation of ASGA were determined by the orthogonal experiment.Through ASGA heavy metal leaching tests,the potential ecological risk of ASGA was assessed by the Potential Ecological Risk Index(PERI) method and the Nemerow Integrated Pollution Index(NCPI) method.The results showed that ASGA could be prepared by pelletizing under the conditions including raw material ratio of aluminum sludge,bentonite and calcium carbonate of 85:10:5,600 ℃ preheating for 20 min,1 100℃ for 11 min.The adsorption capacity of phosphorus increased significantly.The ecological risk assessment of ASGA was carried out,and the results of PERI and NCPI were similar.PERI showed that RI150,NCPI single Pi 1,the degree of pollution was mild,Pcomprehensive 0.7,the overall pollution was safe.The results showed that the risk of heavy metal leaching in ASGA was generally low.
