摘　　要：介绍酮苯脱蜡脱油装置提高蜡收率的生产调整情况,分析了生产过程中存在脱蜡段和脱油段冷量利用不均的问题,通过工艺调整,实现了脱油段过滤温度的降低,调整前后数据对比表明,全炼蜡收率提高了3.3个百分点以上,质量保持稳定,从而增加了装置效益。The production adjustment of ketone-benzol dewaxing deoiling unit to increase wax yield was introduced,the problems of uneven utilization of cooling capacity in dewaxing section and deoiling section were analyzed.Through the process adjustment,the filtration temperature of the deoiling section was reduced.The comparison of the data before and after adjustment showed that the yield of the fully refined wax was increased by more than 3.3 percentage points,and the quality remained stable,thus increasing the efficiency of the unit.
