摘　　要：研究了以Ionic和Cordova框架为基础,结合移动Web GIS技术和SOA架构的混合应用开发模式,开发了土地执法外业核查APP。详细介绍了系统的架构和实现方法,并阐述了系统的核心功能与关键技术应用。在武汉市开展实际应用,验证了系统的可行性与科学性,与传统模式开发的应用系统相比,该系统在跨平台、高性能、低成本上有显著优势。This paper studies the design ideas of land investigation APP, which is based on Hybrid （ Ionic ＋ Cordova） development pattern and combined with SOA architecture and WebGIS technology.It introduced the architecture and implementation of the system in details, and described the core functions and key technologies.In the practical application of Wuhan City, the feasibility and correctness of the system are verified. Compared with the traditional system development application system, the system has significant advantages in cross platform, high performance and low cost.
