不稳定型骨盆骨折骨外固定技术的应用效果分析

摘　　要：目的讨论不稳定型骨盆骨折外固定技术的应用效果。方法选取2016年5月至2017年5月本院收治的60例不稳定型骨盆骨折患者作为此次研究对象，根据硬币法分为对照组和实验组，对照组30例患者给予保守治疗方法进行治疗，实验组30例患者给予钢板外固定进行治疗，经过治疗后对两组患者的治疗效果进行比较分析。结果①实验组患者治疗总有效率明显优于对照组（93．3％比70．0％），两组比较差异有统计学意义（P〈0．05）。②实验组患者手术时间【（41．5±3．4）min比（47．4±4．0）min】、术中出血量【（134．5±7．2）ml比（145．7±7．5）m1]、完全负重下地时间【（138．7±7．4）d比（152．4±7．7）d]及完全愈合时间[（125．4±6．8）d比（140．5±7．3）d】明显优于对照组，两组比较差异均有统计学意义（均P〈0．05）。③实验组患者不良反应发生率明显低于对照组（13．2％比36．6％），两组比较差异有统计学意义（P〈O．05）。结论外固定技术应用在不稳定型骨盆骨折中具有效果好、安全性高、促进骨折愈合等优势，极大的缩短了康复的时间，提高了患者的生活质量，值得在临床中广泛推广和使用。Objective To discuss the application effect of external fixation of unstable pelvic fractures. Methods 60 cases of unstable pelvic fractures in our hospital from May 2016 to May 2017 were selected as the research object, and were divided into control group and experimental group according to the coin method. 30 patients of the control group were treated with conservative therapy, while 30 patients of the experimental group were treated with plate external fixation. After treatment, the clinical effect of the two groups were compared. Results The total effective rate of the experimental group was better than that of the control group （93.3% vs.70%）, with statistically significant difference （P〈0.05）. The operation time [（41.5±3.4）min], intraoperative bleeding volume [（134.5±7.2）ml], weight-bearing time [（138.7±7.4）d], and healing time [（125.4±6.8）d] of the experimental group were significantly better than those of the control group [（47.4±4.0）min, （145.7±7.5）ml, （152.4±7.7）d, （140.5±7.3）d], with statistically significant differences （P〈0.05）. The incidence of adverse reactions in the experimental group was 13.2%, which was significantly better than that in the control group （36.6%）, with statistically significant difference （P〈0.05）. Conclusion The external fixation for unstable pelvic fractures has good effect and high safety, promotes fracture healing, greatly shortens the recovery time, improves the quality of life of patients, worthy of extensive promotion and application in clinical practice.
