摘　　要：目的观察CO2点阵激光联合醋酸曲安奈德局部注射对增生性瘢痕（Hs）患者生活质量及不良反应发生率的影响。方法选取2014年12月至2016年12月本院104例HS患者，随机数字表法分组，各52例。对照组予以醋酸曲安奈德局部注射，研究组在对照组基础上予以CO2点阵激光，两组均治疗5个周期。统计两组治疗效果、不良反应发生率及生活质量。结果经秩和检验，研究组治疗有效率为98．08％（51／52），高于对照组的75．00％（39／52），差异有统计学意义（P〈0．05）；研究组不良反应发生率为11．53％（6／52），低于对照组的26．93％（14／52），差异有统计学意义（P〈0．05）；治疗后研究组社会功能、心理功能、躯体功能、物质生活状态评分高于对照组，差异有统计学意义（P〈0．05）。结论CO2点阵激光联合醋酸曲安奈德局部注射可提高HS患者治疗效果，降低不良反应发生率，提升生活质量。Objective To observe the effect of CO2 lattice laser combined with local injection of triamcinolone acetonide acetate on quality of life and incidence of adverse reactions in patients with hypertrophic scar （HS）. Methods A total of 104 patients with HS from December 2014 to December 2016 in our hospital were randomly divided into 2 groups with 52 cases in each group. The control group was treated with local injection of triamcinolone acetonide acetate, and the study group was given CO2 lattice laser on the basis of the control group, and the two groups were treated for 5 cycles. The treatment effect, adverse reaction rate, and quality of life of the two groups were statistically analyzed. Results The rank sum test showed that the effective rate of treatment of the study group was 98.08% （51/52）, higher than that of the control group [75% （39/52）] （P〈0.05）. The incidence of adverse reactions in the study group was 11.53% （6/52）, which was lower than that in the control group [26.93% （14/52）] （P〈0.05）. After treatment, the scores of social function, psychological function, physical function, and material life status of the study group were higher than those of the control group （P〈0.05）. Conclusion CO2 lattice laser combined with local injection of triamcinolone acetonide acetate can improve the treatment effect of HS patients, reduce the incidence of adverse reactions, and improve the quality of life.
