麻醉体位模拟训练对剖宫产产妇麻醉穿刺成功率及配合度的影响

摘　　要：目的探讨麻醉体位模拟训练对剖宫产产妇麻醉穿刺成功率及配合度的影响。方法选取2015年10月至2016年11月期间本院收治的需进行剖宫产的产妇120例，根据随机数表法将所有产妇分为两组，每组60例，对照组进行常规的术前访视，观察组在常规访视的基础上实施麻醉体位模拟训练，比较两组产妇麻醉穿刺成功率及配合度。结果观察组产妇麻醉穿刺成功率（81．67％）明显较对照组（63．33％）高，差异有统计学意义（P〈0．05）；观察组产妇配合度（88．33％）明显较对照组（70．00％）高，差异有统计学意义（P〈0．05）。结论麻醉体位模拟训练对剖宫产产妇麻醉穿刺具有显著影响，可有效提高麻醉穿刺的成功率及配合度。Objective To investigate the effect of anesthesia posture simulated training on success rate and mating degree of maternal anesthesia puncture in cesarean section. Methods 120 cases of puerperae scheduled for cesarean section in our hospital from October 2015 to November 2016 were divided into two groups according to the random number table, 60 cases in each group. The control group was treated with routine preoperative visit, and the observation group was treated with anesthesia posture simulated training on the basis of routine visit. Compared the maternal anesthesia puncture success rate and mating degree of the two groups. Results The success rate of maternal anesthesia puncture in the observation group was significantly higher than that in the control group （81.67% vs.63.33%）, with statistically significant difference （P〈0.05）. The maternal mating degree （88.33%） in the observation group was significantly higher than that in the control group （70.00%）, with statistically significant difference （P〈0.05）. Conclusion The anesthesia posture simulated training has a significant effect on the maternal anesthesia puncture of cesarean section, which can effectively improve the success rate and mating degree of anesthesia puncture.
