父母的照料评价对脑瘫患儿生活质量的影响:应对方式的中介作用

摘　　要：父母在脑瘫患儿康复过程中的照料评价和所采用的应对方式对患儿的生活质量起着重要的作用。通过采用生活质量问卷、医学应对方式问卷、父母照料评价问卷对230名脑瘫患儿的家长进行调查研究,结果表明,父母的照料评价和应对方式是脑瘫患儿生活质量的重要影响因素。父母的照料评价通过父母的应对方式对脑瘫患儿生活质量产生影响。进一步对父母照料评价的两个维度进行分析发现,父母的照料满意感完全通过积极的应对方式提升脑瘫患儿的生活质量,而父母的照料负担感通过消极的应对方式降低脑瘫患儿的生活质量。因此,要提高脑瘫患儿的生活质量,不仅需要调整父母的应对方式,还需要缓解父母在照料脑瘫患儿过程中的负担感。The care evaluation and coping style by parents in the rehabilitation of the children with cerebral palsy play an important role in the quality of life of the children. By investigating the parents of 230 children with cerebral palsy through QOL questionnaire, medical coping style questionnaire and parental care evaluation questionnaire, the results showed that parental care evaluation and coping style were important factors influencing the quality of life of the children with cerebr/d palsy. Parental care assessment has an impact on the quality of life of the children through their parents＇ coping style. Further analysis of the two dimensions of parental care assessment revealed that parental care satisfaction improved the quality of life of the children fully through positive coping styles while the sense of parental care burden lowered the quality of life of the children through passive coping styles. Therefore, to improve the quality of life Of the children, it is necessary not only to improve the parents＇ Coping style but also to relieve their sense of burden in caring for their children with cerebral palsy.
