摘　　要：目的探讨自制简易呼吸气囊清洗架在消毒供应中心的集中清洗效果。方法将2015年12月-2016年12月医院使用自行处理的简易呼吸气囊58例及由消毒供应中心集中处置的气囊58例分别对各面罩、呼气阀、球形气囊抽样检测,对比细菌检测数量。结果使用后的简易呼吸气囊自行处置清洗后面罩、呼气阀、球形气囊细菌检测均>100cfu/cm2合格率分别为6.90%、0.00%、3.45%,消毒供应中心清洗后细菌检测分别为0,合格率均为100.00%。结论自制简易呼吸气囊清洗装置解决了由于简易呼吸气囊结构复杂及构造特殊导致的清洗难度大所致的清洗消毒不彻底,保证清洗质量,有利于预防和控制医院感染,解决简易呼吸气囊的清洗消毒,满足临床使用需求。OBJECTIVE To study the self-made simple breathing balloon for the centralized cleaning in the disinfec- tion and supply center.METHODS From Dec. 2015 to Dec. 2016, 58 cases of simple breathing balloon dealt with by themselves and 58 cases of simple breathing balloon which were centrally disposed by disinfection and supply cen- ter were sampled, the masks, exhaled valves and spherical airbags were detected, and the number of bacteria de- tected were compared.RESULTS After the use of the simple breathing balloon dealt with by themselves, the num- ber of bacteria of the masks, exhaled valves and spherical airhags were greater than 100 cfu/cm2 , and the qualified rates were 6.90%, 0.00% and 3.45 %, respectively, and the rmmber of bacteria detected which were cleaned by disinfection and supply center was 0, and the qualified rates were all 100 %.CONCLUSION The self-made simple breathing balloon cleaning device solves the difficulty of cleardng and disinfection of simple breathing balloon due to complex structure and special structure, which can ensure the quality of cleaning, is conducive to the prevention and control of nosoeomial infections, solves the cleaning and disinfection of simple breathing balloon, and meets the clinical needs.
