产程活跃期应用间苯三酚的临床效果观察

摘　　要：目的研究间苯三酚在产程活跃期应用的临床效果。方法选择2016年6月~2017年5月在我院分娩的足月、单胎、头位、初产妇100例,随机分为对照组和观察组,对照组50例给予常规助产处理,观察组50例在产程活跃期给予间苯三酚80 mg静点,余同对照组。对比两组患者宫口开全时间,宫颈水肿、不协调宫缩、相对头盆不称、剖宫产、宫缩乏力、产后出血、胎儿窘迫、新生儿窒息发生率。结果与对照组比较,观察组宫口开全时间短,宫颈水肿、不协调宫缩、相对头盆不称、剖宫产发生率均明显降低(P<0.05);两组患者宫缩乏力、产后出血、胎儿窘迫、新生儿窒息发生率,差异无统计学意义(P>0.05)。结论间苯三酚可加速活跃期进展,预防宫颈水肿、不协调宫缩及相对头盆不称的发生,降低剖宫产率,且对母儿无不良影响。Objective To study the clinical effect of phloroglucinol during active stage of labor. Methods 100 primi- para who delivered full-term single infant with head position in oar hospital from June 2016 to May 2017 were selected. The patients were randomly divided into control group and observation group. 50 cases in the control group were given routine midwifery treatment, and 50 cases in the observation group were given intravenous drip of 80 mg phloroglucinol during active stage of labor, with the remaining the same as the control group. The uterus orifice full open time, the incidence rates of cervical edema, uncoordinated contractions, relative cephalopelvic disproportion, Cesarean section, uterine inertia, postpartum hemorrhage, fetal distress, and neonatal asphyxia were compared between the two groups. Results Compared with the control group, the uterus orifice full open time, the incidence rates of cervical edema, unco- ordinated contractions, relative cephalopelvic disproportion, and Cesarean section were all significantly lower than those in the control group （P〈0.05）. The incidence rate of uterine inertia, postpartum hemorrhage, fetal distress, and neonatal asphyxia were not significantly different （P〉0.05）. Conclusion Phloroglucinol can accelerate the progression during the active stage, prevent the occurrence of cervical edema, uncoordinated contractions and relative cephalopelvic disproportion, reduce the rate of Cesarean section, and has no adverse effects on the mother and child.
