宫腔球囊联合戊酸雌二醇预防宫腔粘连分离术后复发的临床观察

摘　　要：目的探讨宫腔球囊联合戊酸雌二醇预防宫腔粘连分离术后复发的临床效果。方法将2013年3月~2016年3月在我院行宫腔粘连分离术的50例患者作为研究对象,并将其按照术后预防复发方案的不同随机分成观察组与对照组各25例,观察组患者术后给予宫腔球囊联合戊酸雌二醇治疗,对照组患者术后仅给予金属圆形节育环和戊酸雌二醇治疗,分别对两组患者的临床疗效、术后48 h出血严重程度及术后改善情况进行对比。结果观察组患者的临床疗效明显优于对照组;观察组患者术后48 h出血严重程度明显轻于对照组;观察组患者的术后改善情况明显好于对照组;差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论宫腔球囊联合戊酸雌二醇在宫腔粘连分离术后能进一步改善患者的预后,同时降低再粘连发生率,值得临床的推广及应用。Objective To investigate the clinical effect of intrauterine balloon combined with estradiol valerate in pre- venting recurrence after intrauterine adhesions. Methods The 50 patients with uterine cavity adhesions were randomly divided into observation group and control group according to the different postoperative recurrence regimen from March 2013 to March 2016, with 25 cases in each group. The patients in the observation group were treated with intrauterine balloon combined with estradiol valerate. The patients in the control group were treated with metal round embolization and estradiol valerate respectively. Of the clinical efficacy, postoperative 48h bleeding severity and postoperative improvement were compared. Results The clinical curative effect of the observation group was significantly better than that of the control group. The severity of bleeding in the observation group was significantly lighter than that in the control group at 48 h after operation. The improvement of the observation group was better than that of the control group, the differences were statistically significant. Conclusion The combination of intrauterine balloon combined with estradiol valerate can further improve the prognosis of patients after intrauterine adhesions, and reduce the incidence of re-adhesion, which is worthy of popularization and application.
