吻合器痔上黏膜环切术治疗环状混合痔120例临床观察

摘　　要：目的探讨国产吻合器痔上黏膜环切术(PPH)的临床疗效。方法选取120例环状混合痔患者采用国产吻合器行痔上黏膜环切术(PPH),观察术后疗效和不良反应。结果平均手术时间(60±15)min,平均住院时间(6±2)d。120例患者,治愈112例,占93.3%;显效6例,占5%;有效2例,占1.7%;无效0例。住院总体费用较进口吻合器降低15%。无肛门失禁、肛门狭窄、直肠穿孔、直肠阴道瘘等较严重并发症。结论国产吻合器痔上黏膜环切术治疗环状混合痔具有创伤小、恢复快、并发症少、治疗费低廉等优点。Objective To investigate the clinical efficacy of domestic procedure for prolapse and hemorrhoids. Methods 120 cases of annular mixed hemorrhoids were treated with procedure for prolapse and hemorrhoids（PPH）, and the curative effect and adverse reaction were observed. Results The operation time was（60±15） min and the hospitalization time was （6±2） days. 112 cases were cured in 120 patients, accounting for 93.3%. 6 cases were markedly effective, accounting for 5%. 2 cases were effective, accounting for 1.7%. There was 0 case of invalidation. The overall cost of hospital ization of the domestic stapler was 15% lower than that of imported stapler. There was no anus incontinence, anal stenosis, rectal perforation, rectal vaginal fistula and other more serious complications. Conclusion The procedure for prolapse and hemorrhoids in the treatment of annular mixed hemorrhoid has the advantages of less trauma, quick recovery, less complication and low treatment cost.
