200例妊娠期糖尿病孕妇围产结局分析

摘　　要：目的探讨妊娠期糖尿病对孕妇的妊娠结局及其围产儿的影响。方法随机选择2016年1~6月在本院的200例妊娠期糖尿病孕妇为实验组,同期住院的200例血糖正常孕妇为对照组,回顾性分析两组的临床资料,对两组孕妇的妊娠结局及围产儿的情况进行比较分析。结果实验组的剖宫产率、胎膜早破、羊水过多、妊娠期高血压疾病、产褥病率发生率、早产、胎儿窘迫、巨大儿、新生儿低血糖及新生儿黄疸、转儿科发生率分别为56.0%,25.0%,5.0%,11.5%,21.5%,12.5%,10.5%,10.5%,61.5%,52.5%,25.5%,对照组分别为35.0%,12.5%,1.0%,4.0%,7.5%,6.0%,4.0%,4.5%,17.5%,35.5%,8.5%,实验组均明显高于对照组(P<0.05)。结论妊娠期糖尿病对孕妇和围产儿都有不良影响,故应定期产检,早发现,早治疗,降低其所导致的不良影响。Objective To analyze the effect of gestational diabetes mellitus on pregnancy outcome and perinatal chil- dren. Methods A total of 200 pregnant women with gestational diabetes mellitus admitted in our Hospital from January 2016 to June 2016 were selected as the experimental group, and 200 pregnant women with normal blood glucose in the same period were chosen as the control group. The clinical data of the two groups were retrospectively analyzed. The pregnancy outcomes of pregnant women and perinata[ cases between the two groups were compared. Results The rates of cesarean section, premature rupture of membranes, oligohydramnios, gestational hypertension, morbidity, preterm birth, fetal distress, giant children, neonatal hypoglycemia, neonatal jaundice and pediatric turn in the experimental group were 56.0%, 25.0%, 5.0%, 11.5%, 21.5%, 12.5%, 10.5%, 10.5%, 61.5%, 52.5% and 25.5% respectively, and those of the control group were 35.0%, 12.5%, 1.0% ,4.0% ,7.5% ,6.0% ,4.0% ,4.5%, 17.5% ,35.5% and 8.5%, respectively. And the rates in the experimental group were significantly higher than those the control group（P〈0.05）. Conclusion Gestational diabetes mellitus has adverse effects on pregnant women and perinatal children. It should be regular production check, early detection and early treatment to reduce the adverse effects caused by the disease.
