摘　　要：本文针对PPP模式下的社会资本选择问题,以构建的PPP模式下社会资本选择指标体系为基础,建立了PPP模式下社会资本选择模型,即运用DEMATEL法确定各指标间的关联关系,利用ANP法确定各级指标权重,运用TOPSIS法对备选方案进行排序。最后应用该模型对辽宁省某PPP项目进行实证研究并给出相关评价。This paper In order to evaluate and choice suitable social capital for Public-Private Partnership(PPP)project,this paper constructs an evaluation index system,and proposes an integrated choice model that combines decision making trial and evaluation laboratory(DEMATEL),analytic network process(ANP)and technique for order preference by similarity to an ideal solution(TOPSIS)based on the correlation between indexes.DEMATEL can verify the dependent relationship and strength of indexes,ANP can calculate the weight of indexes,and TOPSIS can order the alternatives.We not only carry through empirical analysis about a PPP project in Liaoning Province but also draw conclusions.
