摘　　要：高血压病是常见慢性病,是心、脑血管病发生和致死的最主要危险因素,以动脉血压持续升高为特征,可以直接纳入中医学病症名,并独立进行研究;笔者积累20年高血压病防治数字信息库,从流行病学、病因学、病理学和病症学等多方位比较研究高血压病病理特征与中医学三焦辨证论治体系的高度相关性,确立了高血压病之上焦证、中焦证、下焦证等主要证型和相应的论治方法和方药,初步建立了高血压病三焦辨证论治体系。Hypertension was the most common chronic disease.It was the most important risk factors of the occurrence of cardiovascular and cerebrovascular disease and death.Research of prevention and treatment of hypertension had aroused great attention in the world.So,hypertension should be regarded as a disease in the area of traditional Chinese medicine.From full comparison research of etiology,epidemiology,pathology and symptomatology of hypertension and epidemic febrile disease of traditional Chinese medicine,occurrence and development of hypertension were closely related with science of epidemic febrile disease of traditional Chinese medicine.Before 20 years,we had bound a digital library of preventing and treating hypertension.We had bound a syndrome differentiation system of hypertension of traditional Chinese medicine based on syndrome differentiation of sanjiao theory.
