从弈理“势”角度论治糖尿病

摘　　要：弈理、兵法、岐黄之术,其源同一,皆饱含中国传统文化"道"之蕴味,符合"道"之精神。纹枰对弈,极讲究对"势"的运用,医术与此同理。诊病之始,审势最为关键,以定曲折进退、攻守补泻之法;其次乃论谋势,抓病机,守中焦,正合权变,灵机活法;再论布势,有对药合纵之法,亦有合方连横之妙;最后收势,法天则地,用药合时,化阳潜藏,以顺天光。The weiqi,arts of wall and traditional Chinese medicine are originated from the same root that is ‘Dao＇,one important part of traditional Chinese culture,and are highly line with the spirit of ‘Dao＇.Masters playing wenping always pay attention to the application of ‘shi＇,and the same method could be used in art of healing.When diagnosing a disease,shenshi referring to judging disease tendency is first and key,then according to that doctors choose the proper treatment which is reinforcing method or reducing method.Secondly,moushi is referring to grasping pathogenesis,keeping at middle jiao,and the therapies are changed flexibly.Thirdly,bushi reflects the method of combined application of couplet medicines and the merit of combined prescriptions.At Last,about shoushi,which means using traditional Chinese medicine should according to the changes of the weather and seasons in order to receive the best therapeutic effects.
