摘　　要：目的:制定气虚证自评量表,筛选、优化条目。方法:采用德尔菲法(Delphi)法,在前期研究基础上编制气虚证自评量表专家咨询问卷,共进行三轮的问卷调查,分别向33位专家发出问卷调查表,并对调查结果进行分析。结果:三轮专家咨询问卷调查回收率、有效率、专家积极系数都是100%,全部为有效咨询,三轮专家的权威系数分别是0.79、0.82、0.82,均>0.7。第3轮调查问卷专家意见的总体协调系数为0.300,P<0.05,量表分10个病位维度,删除1个条目,补充3个条目,确定89个条目。结论:专家代表性强,权威程度、积极性高,协调程度好,应用Delphi法对气虚证自评量表进行条目优化筛选的结果可取。Objective：To formulate qi deficiency syndrome self-rating scale,and to filter and optimize entries.Methods：Delphi method was used to prepare qi deficiency syndrome self-rating questionnaire on the basis of previous research.A total of three rounds of questionnaires were surveyed,questionnaires were sent to 33 experts,and the results were analyzed.Results：Three rounds of expert consultation questionnaire recovery rate,efficiency,expert positive coefficient were 100%,all for effective counseling.The authoritative coefficient of three rounds of experts were 0.79,0.82,0.82,which were all greater than 0.7.The overall coordination coefficient of expert opinion on the third round of questionnaire was 0.300（P〈0.05）.The scale was divided into 10 different dimensions of disease location,1 item was deleted,3 items were added,and 89 items were determined.Conclusion：With strong experts＇ representativeness,high authority coefficient and activity,good coordination of authoritativeness,the application of Delphi method to optimize the results of the screening of qi deficiency syndrome self-rating scale is preferable.
