中药复方“肝复康”对慢性乙型肝炎患者HBsAg水平观察

摘　　要：目的:观察中药复方"肝复康"对乙肝表面抗原的临床疗效。方法:以"肝复康"对255例慢性乙型肝炎患者进行干预,观察乙肝病毒血清标志物、HBV-DNA、肝功能及细胞免疫功能的变化。结果:经96周干预,76.5%患者的HBsAg定量较基线明显降低(P<0.05),其中13.7%患者获得免疫控制,3.9%实现HBsAg清除;HBsAg浓度越低阴转速度越快。结论:中药复方"肝复康"能够通过免疫调节控制HBV复制,降低HBsAg水平,对HBsAg低水平者和获得免疫控制的人群可获得更高的清除率,是一条值得继续探索的中医治疗途径。Objective：To observe the effects of ‘Ganfukang Decoction＇ on the HBsAg titer in CHB patients.Methods：A total of 255 CHB patients were treated by ‘Ganfukang Decoction＇,and the changes of HBsAg titer,HBV-DNA load,ALT and T lymphocyte subsets were observed.Results：After 96 weeks of intervention,there is a significant decline on HBsAg titer in 76.5% of CHB patients（P〈0.05）,the decline in 13.7% was over 1 lg IU/m L,and HBsAg clearance in 3.9% patients; the decline is greater in low HBsAg titer group than other groups.Conclusion：‘Ganfukang Decoction＇ could control the replication of HBV,decrease the HBsAg titer effectively,especially to the patients with low HBsAg titer.
