摘 要:目的:探讨骨碎补总黄酮的干预时间对大鼠胫骨牵张成骨效能的影响。方法:36只雄性SD大鼠根据体质量分层随机分为全程用药组、牵张期用药组、牵张加矿化期用药组,每组12只。造模成功后,将骨碎补总黄酮在不同时间段应用于的各组大鼠牵张成骨模型,8周后采用Lane-Sandhu法进行影像学评分,Micro-CT进行成骨区骨密度检测,通过组织切片评价标本的成骨质量。结果:全程用药对牵张成骨区域的Lane-Sandhu评分及骨密度的影响优于其他两组(P<0.05,P<0.01),其他两组间差异无统计学意义。组织切片HE染色示各组大鼠胫骨牵张成骨区域均有不同程度的成骨,而全程用药组效果最佳。结论:早期、全程应用骨碎补总黄酮可以有效的提高大鼠牵张成骨区域的成骨质量。Objective:To explore the duration of the flavonoids of Rhizoma Drynariae regulating osteogenesis efficacy based on tibia distraction osteogenesis in rats.Methods:Thirty-six male SD rats were randomly divided into 3 groups:whole course intervention,distraction period intervention,distraction and mineralization period intervention(n=12) according to their weight.After animal modelling,the rats were given flavonoids of Rhizoma Drynariae by gavage in different period.After 8 weeks,imaging score was performed by Lane-Sandhu method,Micro-CT was used to detect bone mineral density,and evaluation of osteogenesis quality was evaluated by histological sections.Results:The whole medication group was statistically significant better on the X-ray scores and bone mineral density(P〈0.05,P〈0.01).There was no significant difference between the other two groups.HE staining showed that there were different degrees of osteogenesis in tibial distraction site in each group while the whole medication group had the best effect.Conclusion:The intervention of the flavonoids of Rhizoma Drynariae in full time may improve the bone quality in distraction osteogenesis site in the rat model.
