基于著作类数据挖掘针灸治疗痞满的腧穴优选与配伍规律谱

摘　　要：目的:运用数据挖掘技术分析著作类针灸处方规律,收集整理著作类针灸治疗痞满的处方腧穴优选规律及腧穴配伍优选规律谱,为现代临床针灸治疗痞满穴位优选提供有力理论依据。方法:通过查阅1 612部著作,最后整理出符合标准的针灸治疗痞满处方有909条。基于数据挖掘技术,运用中医传承辅助平台系统软件(V2.5),总结著作类针灸治疗痞满的腧穴优选与配伍优选规律进行总结和分析。结果:本研究显示,经过对909条针灸处方进行数据录入与分析,将其进行腧穴频次统计,主穴共179个,总频次为3 095次,平均17.29次。通过运用关联分析法和复杂网络分析法对腧穴与腧穴配伍之间频次结果进行分析,并归纳出腧穴、经脉、部位、特定穴等之间的配伍规律。结论:著作类中针灸治疗痞满腧穴优选规律主要以循经选穴、按部位选穴、特定穴选穴为主。针灸治疗痞满腧穴配伍规律主要以上下配穴法、前后配穴法、合募配穴法、俞募配穴法、络穴与下合穴配穴法和络穴与募穴配穴法为主。Objective：Toprovide strong theoretical basis for acupoint optimization of modern clinical acupuncture treatment for distention and fullness by analyzing the compatibility law of acupuncture using data mining and collecting thelaw of acupoints and compatibility law in literature.Methods：After consulting 1 612 books,909 prescriptions of acupuncture treating distention and fullness were sorted out.Based on the data mining technology and the traditional Chinese medicine inheritance platform system software（V2.5）,the acupoints selection and compatibility optimization rules of the acupuncture for distention and fullness were summarized and analyzed.Results：After the data entry and analysis of 909 acupuncture prescriptions,the frequency of acupoints was counted.There were 179 main acupoints,with a total frequency of 3 095 times and an average of 17.29 times.Results of frequency analysis of acupoints; correlation analysis results of meridians; site correlation analysis results; specific acupoint association analysis; acupoint compatibility correlation analysis; complex network analysis of acupoint prescriptions.Conclusion：The selection rules of acupuncture treatment for distention and fullness in the books mainly include：the selection of acupoints according to the meridian,the selection of acupoints according to the location,and the selection of acupoints for specific acupoints.Acupoints compatibility rules of acupuncture treatment fordistention and fullness mainly include：superior-inferior points combination,anterior-posterior points combination,he-sea points and front-mu points combination,back-shu points and front-mu points combination,luo-connecting points and lower-he-sea points combination,and luo-connecting points andfront-mu points combination.
