基于经典与现代炮制方法对何首乌主要化学成分变化规律研究

摘　　要：目的:探索何首乌经典"九蒸九晒"与"药典"两种炮制方法对主要化学成分的影响规律。方法:采用HPLC法测定两种炮制方法下何首乌二苯乙烯苷、游离蒽醌和结合蒽醌的含量,分析变化规律。结果:"九蒸九晒"炮制品中,二苯乙烯苷的含量从3.021%下降至0.905%;结合蒽醌含量从0.401%下降至0.015%;总蒽醌含量从0.681%下降至0.445%;游离蒽醌含量从0.281%上升至0.432%;"药典"方法炮制何首乌各指标成分含量与经典炮制方法的四蒸四晒品接近。结论:何首乌传统"九蒸九晒"炮制方法与"药典"炮制方法在化学成分方面存在较大区别,成分上的区别是否与肝毒性相关还需进一步探讨。Objective：To explore the effect law of main chemical component of Polygonum multiflorum Thub.during a nine-time repeat steaming and sun-drying process compared with pharmacopeia method processing.Methods：Using HPLC to determine the contents of TSG,free anthraquinones and combined anthraquinones in two processing methods.Results：Of the nine repeat steaming and sun-drying products,the content of TSG decreased from 3.021% to 0.905%; the content of bombinedanthraquinone decreased from 0.401% to 0.015%; the content of total anthraquinone decreased from 0.681% to 0.445%; the free anthraquinone content increased from 0.281% to 0.432%; index components of pharmacopeia method processed drew near to the fourth time processed produce.Conclusion：Polygonum multiflorum Thunb.during a nine-time repeat of the steaming and sun-drying process compared with pharmacopeia method processing have a distinguished difference to its chemical component.Whether it has a correlation with hepatotoxicity needs further investigating.
