摘 要:为了提高旋风分离器在褐煤干燥提质中的工作效率,采用正交试验的方法,选择旋风分离器的入口速度、排气管外延伸长度、褐煤粒径3个参数为因素,每个因素取3个水平,选取L_9(3~4)正交表得到9组方案。运用FLUENT15.0软件对旋风分离器的流场进行数值模拟,并以褐煤最优分离效率为指标,由极差综合分析法得出入口速度是影响褐煤干燥提质的主要因素及旋风分离器的入口速度、排气管外延伸长度、褐煤粒径的最优组合。In order to improve the efficiency of the cyclone separator in the drying and upgrading otlignite, orthogonal test method was used to select three parameters,such as the inlet velocity of thecyclone separator, the extension length of the exhaust pipe and the particle size of lignite, each factor wastaken at three levels, and the L9 (34)orthogonal array was chosen to be the 9 groups. The FLUENT15.0software was used to simulate the flow field of the cyclone separator, and the optimum separationefficiency of lignite was taken as the index.
