摘 要:以煤液化沥青(CLA)为原料,采用KNO3预氧化、KOH活化的方法,制备出超级活性炭。利用扫描电镜(SEM)、低温氮吸附仪(BET)、热重分析仪(TGA)和X射线衍射仪(XRD)等多种手段表征中间产物和活性炭的结构与性能。探讨了KOH活化法的活化机理,发现煤液化沥青基活性炭的活化历程可分为预活化、中温活化和高温活化3个阶段,制备的超级活性炭可吸附18~25 mmol/g的氢气(77 K,400 kPa下),在储氢方面表现出优异的性能和良好的应用前景。By the KNO3 oxidation and KOH activation method, the super activated carbons were prepared from coal liquefaction asphaltene (CLA). The structures and properties of intermediate products and activated carbons were characterized by scanning electron microscopy (SEM), nitrogen adsorption apparatus (BET), thermogravimetric analyzer (TGA) and X ray diffractometer (XRD). The activation mechanism of KOH activation method was discussed. The results Show that the activation process of the CLA-based activated carbon can be divided into three stages: pre-activation, intermediate temperature activation and high temperature activation. The as-prepared super activated carbons have a maximum adsorption of hydrogen of between 18 and 25 mmol/g (77 K, 400 kPa), showing excellent performance and good application prospects in hydrogen adsorption.
