摘 要:Pb由于熔点低、偏析倾向大,通常被认为是铸铁中有害的杂质元素。某些地方的生铁中含有微量的Pb而导致铸件容易产生裂纹。本实验考察并分析了不同含量的Pb对铸件的石墨形态、基体组织、力学性能和铸造性能的影响。结果表明:Pb会强烈地改变铸件的石墨形态、促进珠光体的生成、增加共晶团数。Pb还会增加铸件的收缩率,增加白口倾向。随着Pb含量的增加,铸件的力学性能严重恶化。在生产中,应严格控制Pb含量在0.0055%以下。Pb is generally regarded as harmful element in cast iron due to its low melting point and bias. In some places pig and analyzed th iron contains trace amounts of Pb, causing the casting to crack.. This experiment investigated e effect of different content Pb on the graphite morphology, matrix organization, mechanical properties and casting properties. The result shows: Pb will strongly alter the graphite morphology of the casting, promote the formation of pearlite and increase the number of eutectic groups. It will also increase the shrinkage rate of casting and increase the chill tendency. With the increase of Pb content, the mechanical properties of castings deteriorate seriously. In production, the content of Pb should be strictly controlled below 0.0055%.
