摘  要:目的:借助复方雷公藤汤及其拆方对肾病大鼠的干预效应,考察雷公藤不同配伍对雷公藤的减毒增效作用;筛取治疗肾病综合征毒效关系最优化的中药小复方。方法:大鼠尾静脉注射阿霉素,复制微小病变肾病综合征模型。以复方雷公藤汤及其拆方实施干预,以强地松做阳性对照,检测生化指标、组织病理学指标。结果:与模型公藤组24 h尿蛋白(92.60±18.124 3)相比较,全方组(48.60±11.749 2)、雷芪组(53.20±13.206 1)、雷甘组(56.40±16.520)降低24 h尿蛋白;全方组TP 68.47±5.250 4、ALB 28.97±3.009 3、雷芪组TP 68.21±4.191 27、ALB 27.58±2.618 2、雷甘组TP 67.51±5.420 8、ALB 26.56±1.898 1与模型公藤组TP 58.98±4.8401、ALB 20.98±3.493 4均升高TP、ALB,与模型公藤组chol 1.487 0±0.647 1、TG 1.704 0±1.582 4相比较,全方组chol 0.786 0±0.134 4、TG 0.557 0±0.138 7、雷芪组chol 0.70±0.129 7、TG 0.650 9±0.120 3、雷甘组chol0.974 0±0.328 9、TG 0.668 0±0.184 5均降低;与模型公藤组AST 133.2±7.871 2、ALT 62.60±7.919 0相比较,全方组AST 72.70±10.144 0、ALT 41.80±8.966 6、雷甘组AST 84.20±5.633 2、ALT 38.20±5.846 2、雷金组AST 115.50±9.686 8、ALT 66.10±9.596 9、雷归组AST 128.7±10.739 9、ALT 61.60±8.821 7;差异显著(均P〈0.05)。雷公藤不同配伍组对肾脏组织形态学、超微结构上较对照组病理损害有不同程度减轻。全方组、雷甘组、雷何组肝脏组织形态学、超微结构上较对照组病理损害有不同程度减轻。结论:全方组、雷芪组、雷甘组起到增效作用。全方组、雷甘组、雷何组可减低雷公藤肝脏毒性。Objective:To observe the intervention on attenuation synergistic action of Compound Tripterygium Wilfordii Decoction and its demolition of nehpritis rats and screen the most optimized Chinese medicine small compound for ne- phrotic syndrome. Methods : By intravenously injecting doxorubicin into rats tails, we copied the minimal change nephrotic syndrome model. The models were intervened by Compound Tripterygium Wilfordii Decoction and its demolition and con- trolled by prednisone. We tested the chemical and biological indicators and histopathological indicators. Results : Com- pared with the model group' s 24 - hour urine protein ( 92.60 ± 18. 124 3 ), the whole formula group' s 48.60 ± 11. 749 2, Leiqi group' s 53.20 ±13. 206 1, Leigan group' s 56.40± 6. 520 were reduced. The whole formula group' s TP 68.47 ±5. 250 4 and ALB 28.97±3. 009 3, Leiqi group' s TP 68.21 ±4. 191 27 and ALB 27.58±2. 618 2, Leigan group' s TP 67.51 ± 5. 420 8 and ALB 26.56 ± 1. 898 1 were higher than those of the model group' s ( TP 58.98 ± 4. 840 1, ALB 20.98 ±3. 493 4). Compared with the model group' s ehol 1. 487 0 ± 0.647 1 and TG 1. 704 0 ±1. 582 4, the whole formula group' s chol O. 786 0 ±0. 134 4 and TG 0. 557 0 ±0. 138 7, Leiqi group' s ehol O. 70 ±0. 129 7 and TG 0.650 9 ± 0. 120 3 and Leigan group' s chol 0. 974 0 ±0.328 9 and TG 0. 668 0± 0. 184 5 were lower. Compared with the model grou' s AST 133.2 ±7. 871 2 and ALT 62.60±7. 919 0, the whole formula group' s AST 72.70 ± 10. 144 0 and ALT 41.80± 8. 966 6, Ligan group' s AST 84.20 ± 5. 633 2 and ALT 38.20± 5. 846 2, Leijin group' s AST 115.50 ± 9. 686 8 and ALT 66.10 ± 9. 596 9 and Leigui group' s AST 128.7 ± 10.739 9 and ALT 61.60 ± 8. 821 7 had signifi- cant difference ( all P 〈 0. 05 ).
