电针结合心理康复治疗对网络成瘾综合征的疗效观察

摘　　要：目的：随着社会的发展网络成瘾综合征（Internet addictiondisorder，IAD）显著增加，故探讨电针和心理康复治疗对IAD者中医证候和心理健康状况的影响。方法：120例符合诊断标准的肝郁化火型lAD者随机分为电针组、心理组和综合组（电针＋心理）。分别于治疗前、治疗后运用中医证候积分量表和SCL-90对受试者进行评定。结果：治疗后3组中医证候积分较治疗前均有下降（P〈0．05）。治疗后综合组证候积分较电针组和心理组显著下降，电针组积分较心理组显著下降（P均〈0．05）。治疗后3组SCL-90评分较治疗较前均有下降（P〈0．05）。治疗后综合组SCL-90评分较电针组和心理组显著下降（P〈0．05）。结论：3组治疗都对IAD患者属肝气郁结、气郁化火证型有改善，改善程度综合组优于电针组和心理组。Objective ： With the development of society, Internet addiction increased significantly, but the treatment is still in the exploratory stage, so this article studies the effect of electro - acupuncture, psychotherapy and electro - acu- puncture combined with psychotherapy in the treatment of TCM syndromes and psychological status in patients with Inter- net Addiction. Methods ：A total of 112 cases of IAD with liver depression transforming into fire sydnrome which met the diagnostic criteria were randomly divided into an electro -acupuncture group（EA）, a psychological group and integrated group （EA ＋ psychological method）. Changes of TCM syndromes scale and score of Symptom Checklist 90（ SCL- 90） before and after treatment were observed. Result：There was a significant difference about the score of TCM syndromes scale and score of SCL -90 between before and after treatment（P 〈 O. 05）. The comprehensive group was better than the electro - acupuncture group and the electro - acupuncture group was superior to the psychological group. All of them had significant difference （P 〈 0.05）. Conclusion ： All of treatments can change the TCM syndrome and mental symptoms of IAD with liver depression transforming into fire sydnrome, but the integrated group was better than the electro - acupunc- ture group and the psychological group.
