摘　　要：木丹颗粒是国内第一个上市的治疗糖尿病周围神经病变（diabetic peripheral neuropathy，DPN）的中成药，由辽宁中医药大学附属医院于世家教授自主创新研发，其前身是糖末宁煎剂，已有多个实验和临床研究证实了其对DPN的疗效和作用机理。近年来，不断有新的实验和临床研究发现木丹颗粒（糖末宁）对糖尿病、早期糖尿病肾病、血脂异常症、糖尿病伴颈动脉硬化、糖尿病足、糖尿病自主神经病变有治疗作用。这可能与木丹颗粒（糖末宁）具有改善胰岛素抵抗和胰岛β细胞功能、抑制胰岛β细胞凋亡，减轻血管炎症反应，抗氧化应激，改善血管内皮功能，改善血液循环的多靶点作用机制有关。木丹颗粒（糖末宁）对糖尿病及多种并发症的治疗作用体现了中医“异病同治”的理论，但需进行更深入、更科学的研究以明确其作用和机制。Mudan Granule is the first listed Chinese medicine for the treatment of diabetic peripheral neuropathy （DPN） developed by Professor YU Shijia of Liaoning University of Traditional Chinese Medicine Hospital and its prede- cessor is Tangmoning Decoction. A large number of experimental and clinical studies have confirmed its effect and mecha- nism on DPN. In recent years, there have been new experimental and clinical researches found that Mudan Granule （Tang- moning） has therapeutic effects on diabetes, early diabetic kidney disease, dyslipidemia, atherosclerosis, diabetes foot and diabetic autonomic neuropathy. This may be relevant to the multiple target action mechanism which suggests that Mudan Granule（Tangmoning） can improve insulin resistance and islet β -cell function,inhibit the apoptosis of isletβ-cell, re- duce vascular inflammation, antioxidant stress, improve vascular endothelial function and improve blood circulation. The therapeutic effect of Mudan Granule（Tangmoning） on diabetes mellitus and various complications reflects the traditional Chinese medicine theory of different treatments for the same disease, but its mechanism still needs to further and scientific study.
