摘　　要：目的：提出一种基于群组专家知识的乙肝中医临床症候评价模型。方法：根据所收集到的883例慢性乙型病毒性肝炎临床资料为依据,建立乙肝中医症候专家评价表,通过专家打分,得到3种不同证型下的112种相关临床指标专家评价结果,利用聚类分析和相对熵集结模型建立评价模型。结果：通过模型计算,对与肝胆湿热证、肝郁脾虚证、肝肾阴虚证等3种证型密切相关的临床指标进行了系统分析,同时,建立了这3种基本证型的综合评价模型。结论：所提出乙肝中医临床评价方法能够符合中医临床评价要求,并且对其他疾病的中医临床研究具有一定的参考和借鉴。Objective： To put forward TCM syndrome of hepatitis B identification and the assessment of clinical syndrome based on Group Decision and Meta Synthesis. Methods ： On the basis of clinical data including 883 cases of hepati- tis B, clinical syndrome of TCM expert evaluation was established. By means of expert grading, we got three kinds of syn- drome types of TCM with 112 involved clinical index and made models by clustering analysis and REM. Result： We ana- lyzed the correlations of dampness -heat syndrome of liver and gallbladder, liver -stagnation and spleen -deficiency syn- drome and kidney - yin deficiency and evidence of liver with the other clinical index by making models. Conclusion ： The application of Meta Synthesis and Group Decision would be according with the requirements of the clinical evaluation of TCM in hepatitis B. It may provide a useful method for other clinical researches of TCM syndrome.
