摘 要:神经干细胞具有增殖和分化能力,对于脑内神经再生和修复起到关键作用,受到多条信号通路和各种因素的调控,其中Notch信号通路与神经干细胞的增殖分化关系密切。从中药复方、单味中药有效成分、针刺干预三方面,综合评述基于Notch信号通路的中医药影响神经干细胞增殖分化的基础研究,并对今后的发展趋势进行探讨。Neural stem cells with the ability of proliferation and differentiation play a key role in regeneration and repair of the brain nerve and are regulated by multiple signaling pathways and various factors, among these the Notch signa- ling pathway are closely related to the proliferation and differentiation of neural stem cells. This paper summarizes the basic research on effects of traditional Chinese medicine based on Notch signaling pathway to the proliferation and differ- entiation of neural stem cells from herbal compound, herbal monomer and acupuncture intervention, and discusses the future development trends.
