摘　　要：千层纸素A主要来源于我国传统中药黄芩，是一种重要的黄酮类有效成分。由于黄芩在我国拥有悠久的药用历史和显著的药用价值，使得千层纸素A一经发现，就很快受到广大研究者的关注。现代研究表明，千层纸素A可以抗炎、抗肿瘤、保护血管与神经细胞、改善记忆障碍、抗病毒等。目前市场上千层纸素A的产品很少。随着千层纸素A提取或合成工艺的不断进步，也将会有更多的千层纸素A制剂产品问世。Oroxylin A is one of valuable flavonoids from Scutellaria radix, which has been received more and more attention because of its long medicinal history and significant medicinal value of Scutellaria. Oroxylin A exerts a wide varie- ty of biological effects such as anti - inflammatory activity, anti - cancer activity, vascular - and neuro - protective activi- ty, memory impairment improvement action and anti - virus activity. There is few product of oroxylin A in the market. With the development of the extraction or synthesis technology of oroxylin A, more and more preparations is about to come out.
