苍耳辛夷汤加减联合信必可治疗老年变应性鼻炎并哮喘的疗效及对血清IgE及炎症因子水平的影响

摘　　要：目的：评价自拟苍耳辛夷汤加减联合信必可都保治疗老年变应性鼻炎（AR）并支气管哮喘（BS）的疗效及安全性,并探讨自拟苍耳辛夷汤加减联合信必可都保对血清Ig E及炎症因子水平的影响。方法：选取120例AR并BS患者作为研究对象,按照随机数字法分为苍耳辛夷组及对照组,各34例,苍耳辛夷组给予在苍耳辛夷汤加减联合信必可都保治疗,对照组给予布地奈德喷鼻剂喷鼻治疗.以视觉模拟评分量表（VAS）、鼻眼结膜相关生活质量问卷调查量表（RQLQ）及圣乔治呼吸问卷（SGRQ）评分为主要的疗效评价指标,以鼻内镜检查及实验室检测指标作为第二疗效评价指标。结果：治疗后,苍耳辛夷组患者总VAS评分、RQLO评分、SGRQ评分及AR并BS各症状分项VAS评分均优于对照组（P〈0.05）;治疗后苍耳辛夷组患者血清Ig E、IL-6、IL-8水平改善优于对照组（P〈0.05）;鼻内镜检查显示,治疗后苍耳辛夷组患者鼻腔分泌物及下鼻甲大小评分改善优于对照组（P〈0.05）。结论：苍耳辛夷汤联合信必可都保治疗变应性鼻炎合并哮喘效果安全可靠,可显著提高患者的生活质量,值得借鉴和推广。Objective： To identify the clinical efficacy and safety and explore the effects of Canger Xinyi Decoction on serum IgE and inflammatory factors for allergic rhinitis with bronchial asthma. Methods： A total of 120 patients with aller- gic rhinitis with bronchial asthma were randomly divided into two groups： Canger Xinyi Decoction group and control group, 60 cases in each group. Canger Xinyi Decoction group were treated with Canglue Xinyi Decoction and the control group were treated with Budesonide Nasal Spray. The main indicators were subjective symptoms scores evaluated by Rhinoconjunctivitis Quality of Life Questionnaires（RQLQ） and visual analogue scales（VAS）. The secondary indicators were the resuits of endoscopic and laboratory examinations, such as some cycokines（ IL- 6, IL- 8 and IL- 10）. Results： After treatment, the scores of total VAS, RQLO , SGRQ and VAS of AR with BS were better in Canger Xinyi Decoction group than those of the control group （ P 〈 0. 05 ）. The levels of IgE, IL - 6 and IL - 8 in the Canger Xinyi Decoction group were better than those in the control group （ P 〈 0. 05 ）. The nasal endoscopy showed that the nasal secretions and inferior turbinate size of Canger Xinyi Decoction group were better than those of the control group （ P 〈 0. 05 ）. Conclusion ： Canglue Xinyi Decoction is safe and reliable for the treatment of allergic rhinitis with bronchial asthma, which can significantly improve the quality of life of patients. It is worthy of wider promotion and application.
