摘　　要：目的了解麻风患者和健康人外周血中Th_(17)细胞及其相关细胞因子IL-17和IL-6的表达水平及相互关系,从而探讨Th_(17)、IL-17、IL-6与麻风的关系。方法用流式细胞术及流式微球芯片捕获技术检测Th_(17)细胞及相关细胞因子IL-17和IL-6在麻风患者及健康人群外周血中的水平,数据采用SPSS 19.0软件包分析。结果健康人群血清中的Th_(17)计数明显少于麻风病者;麻风患者血清中IL-17、IL-6的水平远高于健康人群;IL-17在多菌型麻风患者血清中的水平低于少菌型;血清中Th_(17)细胞和IL-6的水平与IL-17的水平直接相关。结论麻风患者外周血中Thl7细胞及其相关细胞因子IL-17和IL-6的表达水平显著升高。Th_(l7)细胞及其相关细胞因子IL-17和IL-6在麻风免疫炎症的发生及免疫保护生成的过程中发挥着重要作用。Objective In order to understand the expression level and correlation of Thl7 cells and their related cytokines IL-17 and IL-6 in peripher- al blood of leprosy patients and healthy persons, as to explore the relationship between Tb17, IL-17, IL-6 and leprosy. Methods The flow cytometry and the cytometric bead array were used to test the Th17 cell,IL-17 and IL-6 in leprosy patients and health control. And the SPSS 19.0 was used to analysis the results. Results The count of Th17 cells of leprosy patients was significantly elevated compared to the health person;the level of IL-6 and IL-7 of leprosy patients＇ serum is much higher than that of health control;the level of IL-17 was positively correlated with Th17 cell and IL-6;the level of IL-17 of pauci- bacillaryleprosy （PB） patients was higher than muhibacillaryleprosy （MB） patients＇.Conclusion The levels of Th17 cells and related cytokines IL- 17 and IL-6 in patients＇ serum with leprosy were significantly elevated.Th17 cell and its＇ related cytokines IL-17 and IL-6 play an important role in the process of the occurrence and formation of immune protection of leprosy immune inflammation.
