摘　　要：目的探讨多发性寻常疣患者外周血T淋巴细胞亚群的改变以及PD-1、sPD-1的表达情况。方法多发性寻常疣患者组以及健康对照组各15例,用流式细胞仪检测外周血T淋巴细胞亚群以及PD-1的表达情况,用ELASA方法检测外周血血清中sPD-1的表达。结果多发性寻常疣患者与健康对照组对比:CD_4^+、CD_8^+T淋巴细胞百分率降低,CD_4^+PD-1^+、CD_8^+PD-1^+T淋巴细胞表达上调(P<0.05),外周血血清中sPD-1表达下降(P<0.05)。结论多发性寻常疣患者外周血中存在T淋巴细胞亚群改变和免疫分子sPD-1、PD-1的表达异常。Objective To investigate the expression patterns ofT lymphocyte subsets and PD-1 and sPD-1 in peripheral blood of patients with multiple verruca vulgaris. Methods Both the multiple verruca vulgaris group and the healthy control group contains 15 cases, the expression of PD-1 on T lym- phocyte subsets and the change of CD4, CDs＋ T lymphocytes were checked with flow cytometry, and the expression of sPD-1 in the peripheral blood was detected with ELASA. Results Comparing out-patients with multiple verruca vulgaris with healthy persons as control： the expression of sPD-1 was down regulated in the peripheral blood （P 〈 0.05） .CD4and CD8＋T lymphocytes were reduced also （p 〈 0.05） .While the expression of CDaPD-1＋ and CD8＋ PD-1＋ were up regulated. There was obviously statistic difference between the patients group and healthy control group （P 〈 0.05） . Conclusion The change of T lymphocyte subsets and abnornal expression of PD-1 and sPD-1 exist in the patients with multiple verrnca vulgaris.
