三阴交穴位注射丹参注射液治疗原发性痛经30例临床观察

摘　　要：目的观察三阴交穴位注射丹参注射液治疗原发性痛经的疗效。方法将90例原发性痛经患者随机分为穴注丹参组(双侧三阴交穴位注射丹参注射液各1ml,1个月经周期1次)、穴注盐水组(双侧三阴交穴位注射生理盐水1 ml,1个月经周期1次)和口服滴丸组各30例(口服元胡止痛滴丸每次30丸,每日3次,连续3天),治疗均从月经周期行经第1天开始,1个月经周期为1个疗程,连续治疗3个疗程。分别于治疗前、治疗后(第3个月经周期结束)及随访时(停止治疗3个月经周期后)采用视觉模拟评分(VAS)对痛经程度进行评价。结果穴注丹参组及口服滴丸组治疗后及随访时疼痛评分与治疗前比较均下降(P<0.05),而穴注盐水组各时间疼痛评分均无明显变化(P>0.05)。穴注丹参组及口服滴丸组治疗后及随访时疼痛评分与穴注盐水组同时间比较均降低(P<0.01)。随访时穴注丹参组疼痛评分较口服滴丸组降低(P<0.05)。结论三阴交穴位注射丹参注射液治疗原发性痛经有较好的临床疗效,且远期效果较好。Objective To examine the effect of acupoint injection at Sanyinjiao（ SP6） with Danshen Injection on primary dysmenorrhea. Methods Ninety primary dysmenorrhea patients were randomized into three groups with 30 cases in each group. Point injection of Danshen group was treated with Danshen Injection in bilateral Sanyinjiao（ SP6） point,1 ml each side,once in a menstrual cycle. Point injection of saline group was given normal saline in bilateral Sanyinjiao（ SP6） point,1 ml each side,once in a menstrual cycle. Oral dropping pill group was given oral Yuanhu Zhitong Dropping Pill（ 元胡止痛滴丸）,30 pills each time,3 times each day for 3 days. The treatment started on the 1 st day of menstruation in menstrual cycle,1 menstrual cycle as a course,totally treating for 3 courses. The degree of dysmenorrhea was evaluated by visual analog scale（ VAS） before treatment,after treatment（ at the end of the 3 rd menstrual cycle） and during follow-up（ after stopping treatment for 3 menstrual cycles）. Results Compared before treatment,the pain score in the point injection of Danshen group and the oral dropping pill group decreased after treatment and during follow-up（ P 0. 05）; while the pain score in the point injection of saline group had no significant change at different time point（ P 0. 05）. Compared with the point injection of saline group at the same time,the pain score in the point injection of Danshen group and the oral dropping pill group decreased after treatment and during follow-up（ P 0. 01）. During follow-up,the pain score in the point injection of Danshen group was lower than that in the oral dropping pill group（ P 0. 05）. Conclusion SP6 Danshen injection treating primary dysmenorrhea was effective and the long-term effect seemed good.
