牛痘疫苗致炎兔皮提取物注射液对老年带状疱疹后遗神经痛患者的临床疗效

摘　　要：目的探讨牛痘疫苗致炎兔皮提取物注射液（商品名：恩再适）对老年带状疱疹后遗神经痛患者的临床疗效。方法选取2014年1月至2016年12月我院收治的120例带状疱疹后遗神经痛患者，随机将其分为观察组60例和对照组60例，所有患者均予以口服维生素B1和甲钴胺治疗，对照组患者予以加巴喷丁口服，观察组患者在对照组基础上加用肌肉注射牛痘疫苗致炎兔皮提取物注射液治疗，比较两组患者临床疗效、治疗前后疼痛程度以及不良反应发生率。结果观察组治疗总有效率86．7％（52／60），明显高于对照组70．0％（42／60）（χ^2=4．910，P=0．000）；治疗前观察组和对照组患者疼痛视觉模拟评分（VAS）分别为（5．4±2．0）分、（5．3±1．8）分，差异无统计学意义（t=-0．288，P=0．387）；治疗后观察组患者疼痛VAS评分为（2．0±1．1）分，优于对照组（3．6±1．7）分（t=6．121，P=0．000）。两组患者均未见严重不良反应，虽观察组患者不良反应发生率11．7％（7／60），高于对照组8．3％（5／60），但差异无统计学意义（χ^2=0．370，P=0．543）。结论牛痘疫苗致炎兔皮提取物注射液对老年带状疱疹后遗神经痛患者临床疗效明确，能有效减少疼痛程度，且不良反应轻微，该治疗方法可靠且安全。Objective To investigate the clinical efficacy of Enzaishi intramuscular injection on patients with postherpetic neuralgia. Methods 120 patients with post-herpetic neuralgia who were hospitalized in Wuxi People＇s Hospital from January 2014 to December 2016, were randomly divided into the observation group（n= 60） and control group（n= 60）. All patients were treated with oral vitamin B1 and mecobalamin, with an added gabapentin as control group, and adding-on oral gabapentin and intramuscular iniection of grace as observation group. The clinical curative effect, pain degree and incidence of adverse reactions were compared between two groups. Results Total effective rate was higher in observation group[86.7 % （52/60）]than in control group[70.0 % （42/60）] （χ^2 = 4. 910, P = 0. 000）. Post-therapeutic visual analog scale（VAS）pain score was lower in observation group than in control group（2.0±1.1 vs. 3.6±1.7, P〈0.05）, although the pre-therapeutic VAS pain score was similar between two groups（P〉0.05）. Additionally, no serious adverse reactions were observed in the two groups, although the incidence of adverse reactions was higher in the observation group than in the control group（P〉0.05）. Conclusions Enzaishi is safe and effective for the patients with senile neuralgia after herpes zoster,and could effectively reduce the pain degree.
