摘　　要：随着老龄化社会的到来，高龄冠心病患者越来越常见，对发生非ST段抬高型急性冠脉综合征（NSTE—ACS）的高龄患者如何进行安全有效的治疗是临床医生经常面临的问题，本文就高龄NSTE—ACS患者的治疗进展做一综述。As population aging continues, it has become increasingly common to encounter patients of advanced age with coronary artery disease（CAD）. Consequently, clinicians often face the issue of how to provide safe and effective treatment for patients of advanced age with non-ST segment elevation acute coronary syndrome. This article reviews recent advances in this field.
